- Please return loose balls to the person at the net, and make an effort to not return faulted serves.
- Cell phones and pagers must be shut off or placed in pulse mode. USTA rules state that play must be continuous. Please be courteous so as not to delay games for others.
- There are no rest breaks between sets. A bathroom stop is best planned during change of courts at the end of the set.
COMPLAINT PROCESS
If a member believes there has been a serious violation of appropriate conduct, he or she should write a letter to the Board describing the incident. Article VI of the Unstrung Racquets by-laws provides a basis for disciplinary action after three written complaints have been received, which may range from a written reprimand to expulsion.
